Cape May Film Society and Burkard Studio present “Under an Arctic Sky,” an intriguing film following the thrilling adventures of six surfers in search of perfect waves as far north as possible.
Experience the breathtaking fjords of Iceland’s Hornstrandir Nature Reserve. Feel the swells of their chartered boat as they depart on the cusp of the largest storm in 25 years. Despite various setbacks and delays, the team pushes through and all the waiting is worth it as they finally get to ride the big waves under the Northern Lights and a moonlit sky!
Movie screening will be held on Friday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. at Cabanas Beach Bar and Grill, 429 Beach Ave., Cape May. Admission is free, but all donations are greatly appreciated!
