The Wildwoods will host the annual Jersey Shore Ride to Defeat ALS, with bicycle riders joining together on Saturday, June 10, to put the brakes on ALS and advance the search for treatments and a cure.
The Ride to Defeat ALS is a one-day cycling event designed for people of all ages and riding abilities. The ride is an opportunity to rally together, honor and remember loved ones, and support the shared vision – to create a world without ALS.
There are four distance options – the Metric Century (100 KM), Metric Half-Century Ride (50KM), Metric Quarter Century Ride (25KM), or the Family-Friendly 6-Mile Loop. Every participant can count on support from start to finish with rest stops, SAG vehicles, and police along the route. Upon completing the ride, participants are welcomed to the finish line at Morey’s Piers by cheering crowds and finish line festivities including entertainment, a luncheon, and two complimentary passes to Morey’s Piers Amusement and Water Parks.
