Dinners at Beach Plum Farm have quickly made their way to the top of summer bucket lists and this year, The Summer Supper Series will feature three different nights of dining each week beginning June 16.
Sundays are for the Backyard BPQ (Beach Plum Farm BBQ) where the stars of the grill will be the farm’s sustainably-raised pork and pasture-raised poultry with all the classic sides, made with ingredients fresh from the farm. The casual dinners are from 4 to 8 p.m. and no reservations are required.
The ever-popular Farm-to-Table Dinners will be held Wednesday evenings and will feature a four-course meal served family style. The menu varies and is based on what is fresh and available at the farm. Guests will enjoy hand-picked produce, free-range eggs, and sustainable raised meats – all harvested just steps away. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and reservations are required.
Friday nights, Chef Josh Liwoch will wow guests with a Farm & Fin Open Fire Dinner, where farm-fresh fare is paired with local wild-caught seafood. The family-style, four-course meal will offer a real taste of the Jersey Shore while dining under the stars. Dinner is at 6, reservations required. *These dinners are weather –dependent.
