The John Walter Band (“JWB”), the Community Concert Band of Cape May County, started rehearsals for its upcoming 2022 Summer Concert Series performances. Rehearsals are held at the Lower Cape May Regional High School Band Room each Tuesday evening from 7:00p until 8:30p.
The John Walter Band provides opportunities for musicians young and old, to sharpen their skills and promote the performing arts through its Music Excellence initiatives. These include Music education, support of primary and secondary school music curriculums, concert performances, and directed support of families … throughout Cape May County. We our privileged to continue the proud legacy of our founder, John Walter.
The 2022 Summer Concert series is titled: Adventures in Cinema and Stage, with widely acclaimed JWB Music Director Dominic Scalfaro at the podium. The John Walter Band is slated to perform at several venues throughout Cape May County this summer.
