Boathouse Features Innovative Dishes

Utilizing the freshest ingredients from local vendors, combined with his high standards for quality ingredients, Boathouse Restaurant’s Executive Chef Joe Eisele has recently re-created the menu at the Boathouse that is sure to please every palate. A native of Cape May County, Joe has been at the Boathouse Restaurant for the past four years and has been cooking for nearly 20 years. He is a self- taught chef with a passion for food. From his Blueberry Glazed Salmon to his homemade She-Crab Soup, you will enjoy a delicious meal whichever entrée you choose. Apparently the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Joe’s mother is responsible for making the pies on the Boathouse’s dessert menu.
