West Cape May was once known as the Lima Bean Capital of the East Coast! To honor this history, help us celebrate all things Lima Bean on Saturday, October 10, 2020 in the Borough’s Backyard Park at 732 Broadway in West Cape May, behind the Fire House, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Listen to live music from local musicians while visiting our talented vendors who will be offering items such as: lima bean honey, lima bean hummus, key-lima cookies, lima bean chili, lima bean soup, pulled pork, prime rib sandwiches, hotdogs (with or without lima bean relish), lima bean succotash, rice bowls, empanadas, baby clothes, leather belts, books, hand-crafted tables & wine racks, vintage items, shirts (lima bean inspired and otherwise), jewelry, pottery, photography, quilted items, candles, cedar décor, glass lima bean nightlights and much more! And, of course fresh produce including, you guessed it, lima beans!
Proceeds benefit the West Cape May Shade Tree Commission and its endeavors to maintain the tree canopy of the Borough.
