When: the last two full weekends in March
Where: Wildwood Catholic, 1500 Central Ave, North Wildwood
–
Wildwood Catholic’s theater program presents a chilly evening of song, dance, special effects, and great set design with Frozen Jr., a musical that director Caitlin Geisser says is one of the biggest productions the school has ever put on.
The production is an “all school” musical, which means that kids from 4th grade through 12th grade will take the stage. Geisser said that the production will be full of “magical” special effects, smoke, full costumes, and puppeteering for Olaf and Sven.
A professional wig designer came on board to bring the costumes to life. The production follows the life of Anna and Elsa as they navigate the challenges of growing up – three different ages of kids will portray Anna and Elsa as they age.
“This is biggest set that has been on the Wildwood Catholic stage, Geisser said.”
Tickets will cost $10 for students and $12 for adults. Tickets are available at the door from any cast member or by visiting the main office. Email c.geisser@wildwoodcatholicacademy.org with any ticket inquiries!
