Sleigh bells will ring in the middle of summer in Sea Isle City when Santa Claus arrives for his summer vacation on Thursday, July 26. Hosted by the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization, “Santa Visits in July” will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Excursion Park, JFK Boulevard and Pleasure Avenue. The event will feature fun photo opportunities for families and children.
“We enjoy hosting ‘Santa Visits in July’ each summer for the kids,” said Chamber President Chris Glancey. “It’s always great to see the kids’ faces light up when they see Santa in his summer attire, and it’s a chance for families to get a head start on their Christmas-card photos, too.”
Santa will visit with each child to hear wish lists and will also give out a special seasonal gift to all the good boys and girls who come to see him. Parents are reminded to bring their cameras so they don’t miss this great photo op. Families will also have a chance to pose for photos in the iconic Sea Isle City lifeguard boat adjacent to Excursion Park on JFK Boulevard.
