1.) Patriot Day Mini Pies – Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 miniature graham cracker pie crusts
Strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert, small star shapes
Berry blue Jello gelatin, small star shapes
3 tablespoons cool whip or 3 tablespoons whipped cream

Directions:

1.) Starting at the left side of the pie crust, place red Jello-O stars up to the center of the pie crust.
2.) Place Cool Whip or Whipped Cream in a line down the center of the pie shell.
3.) Fill right side with blue Jell-O stars.
4.) Place a dollop of Whipped Cream in the center.

2.) Frozen Cappuccino Bars- Total Time : 3 hours 20 minutes ( Prep Time: 20 minutes and Cook Time: 3 hours )

Ingredients :

1(13 ounce) box whole graham crackers (you might not use them all)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 ½ cups cold milk
3 (3 ½ ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon instant coffee
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
chocolate sprinkles or grated semisweet chocolate bar

Directions:

1.) Arrange graham crackers in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan, breaking crackers to fit if necessary.
2.) Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
3.) Beat in 1 cup of milk.
4.) Add Remaining milk, pudding mixes, instant coffee and cinnamon.
5.) Beat 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick).
6.) Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping.
7.) Spread ½ of the pudding mixture over the crackers in pan.
8.) Arrange more crackers over the pudding or cover the pudding with crushed graham crackers.
9.) Top with remaining pudding mixture.
10.) Cover with remaining whipped topping.
11.) Sprinkle with grated chocolate or sprinkles.
12.) Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Let sit out of freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
