This week’s featured drink turns your favorite sandwich into your new favorite cocktail! Prepare to be wowed by this unique drink of the week, a PB&J Martini at Harbor View Restaurant & Bar.
The PB&J Martini is the perfect combination of nutty whiskey and sweet raspberry to give you the cocktail version of the classic sandwich. Bartender Marge Troutman made the drink by combining Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey, Chambord raspberry liqueur, and a little bit of half and half. She mixed the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, rimmed the martini with graham cracker, and it was ready to be served! This cocktail is a perfect sweet treat for peanut butter fans, with subtle hints of raspberry “jelly” to tie it all together.
The Harbor View is open from Thursday to Sunday from 11:30 a.m. serving lunch and dinner; Saturday and Sunday serving breakfast 8-11:30 a.m. Enjoy Happy Hour on Thursday and Friday from 3-6 p.m., $16 Prime Ribs every Thursday, “Burgermania” on Sundays for lunch and dinner, and more!
