This week’s killer cocktail hails from Kelly’s Cafe of Wildwood’s Atlantic Avenue. Kelly’s has been a Wildwood landmark for over 75 years and has perfected the classics. That’s why they decided to keep it simple for their drink of the week, fixing a Kelly’s Long Island Iced Tea. Better known as a “Strong Island”, this concoction consists of four types of spirits. Proceed with caution…Vodka, gin, rum, and finally triple sec are mixed with sweet and sour mix, Coca Cola, and a splash of lemonade to complete the Kelly’s specialty. The Long Island is then garnished with a lemon slice, allowing drinkers to add more acidity if needed.
