Sea Isle is a place to relive old traditions and make new memories. Sea Isle City plays host to an abundance of activities that will make for an enjoyable, relaxing time. Stroll along Sea Isle City’s paved promenade, home to shops, eateries and arcades. Stretching from 29th Street to 57th Street and featuring breathtaking views, you’ll love spending time eating, drinking, shopping and playing all while enjoying the roar of the ocean.

Beaches

Strathmere’s and Ocean City’s clean, inviting beaches offer a wide variety of family fun activities that everyone will love. Strathmere’s beaches are free all season long. In Ocean City 2021 Beach Tags are required from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for ages 12 and up. The preseason provides a different viewpoint to appreciate the beauty the beach has to offer. Be mindful of the tidal patterns in regard to taking a walk on the beach to be prepared for incoming and outgoing tides. Take along your furry friend for some exercise as well. Beaches allow well behaved and leashed dogs to accompany their owners on preseason walks.

Enjoy the Outdoors

There’s more to Ocean City than the beautiful beaches! Cruise around town on bike, cast out a line, or grab your binoculars for a closer look at the birds. Spring is one of the best times of the year to get outdoors and appreciate the warmer temperatures and beauty in town. Check out Corson’s Inlet State Park for oceanfront hiking and more. Take a stroll on the Boardwalk or visit one of the town’s many parks. On an especially warm spring day maybe enjoy some paddle boarding or kayaking. Check out the Ocean City Municipal Golf Course, open to nonresident players of all ages. There are many public tennis courts that host friendly rivalries all over town.

Boardwalk and Asbury Avenue

The Ocean City Boardwalk is known all over the world for its attractions! Walk for blocks and discover dining to tempt every taste and desire, from fine seafood dining to a casual after-dinner ice cream cone. The Boardwalk features art galleries, surf shops and novelty stores perfect for finding mementoes from the Shore. And don’t forget to visit the seaside amusement park. The Ocean City Boardwalk makes for an excellent midafternoon stroll when spring temperatures are at the warmest. Mask up and support local businesses! Check out Asbury Avenue in Ocean City to appreciate all the town has to offer and support local.

Sunset on the Bay

Sunset viewing on the bay in both Strathmere and Ocean City will never cease to amaze, season after season. This is one activity that can be enjoyed all year around. With the warmer spring temps do not miss the chance to take in the area’s stunning views at the end of the day. 

Recreation and Playgrounds
