This week’s featured bartender loves her job so much that “you’ll still find her bartending here when she’s 95!” Meet Lindsey Anderson, our bartender of the week at Ship n’ Shore Bar & Grill in Wildwood.
Although she grew up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Lindsey spent every summer in Wildwood with her family so it only made sense to find a job down the shore. Lindsey started as a server when she was 16, then worked her way up and started bartending 12 years ago. This year will be Lindsey’s 10th year bartending in Wildwood and her 4th year bartending at Ship n’ Shore, where she works mostly weekends and throughout the summer season. She loves working for Ship n’ Shore because of the amazing people and the great live entertainment, saying there’s never a boring day behind the bar! If you’re looking for a drink recommendation, Lindsey suggests a no-frills Bud draft (in true Ship n’ Shore spirit) or everyone’s favorite summer drink, an orange crush.
When she’s not at Ship n’ Shore, Lindsey enjoys going to the beach, going out on the water, and spending time with her friends and family. She also just received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University, so congratulations are in order!
