Come out and have a great time while supporting the community! Drink, eat and spend the night with friends on Feb. 20 from 7 to 11 p.m. to celebrate the life of a great man, Jimmy Simcox, while raising scholarship money for the students of Wildwood High School and Wildwood Catholic High School. This year, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Fatale children in memory of their father, Jeff Fatale, who lost his fight with cancer on Oct. 1, 2015. The beef and beer will be held at the Bolero Blue Water Grill, 3320 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood.
Over the past six years, the Jimmy Simcox Memorial Foundation has raised over $60,000 and given six Wildwood High School seniors a scholarship in the amount of $4,000 each, and has recently expanded the scholarship to include $1,000 to be awarded to an incoming freshman at Wildwood Catholic High School. The Foundation also works with Rich Hans, Wildwood High School’s baseball coach, to facilitate funds for Wildwood’s sports programs.
Come out and dance the night away with the Animal House Band! John Lynch will also be rockin’ the mic for a live auction. In addition, there will be a 50/50 raffles which includes prizes, cash and a large basket raffle. Don’t miss this great event!
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door and include beer, wine, a buffet and live music. Tickets can be purchased at Atlantis Realty, 5604 Pacific Ave., Wildwood Crest and the Wildwood Recreation Center, 401 W. Youngs Ave., Wildwood.
