As motorcycles “roar” to the shore this weekend, Colleen’s By The Sea in Wildwood invites bikers and other visitors inside to kick back and relax with this week’s drink of the week, Bulleit Electric Lemonade.
Bartender Jimmy, a.k.a. “Hollywood,” whipped up this cocktail using high class Bulleit Bourbon, sour mix, Sprite and Blue Curaçao. Although the electric blue color and lemon wedge and umbrella garnishes might have you fooled, this drink isn’t your average fruity cocktail. The bourbon flavor is dominant, mixed with just the right amount of sweet and sour tastes.
Stop by Colleen’s and try the Bulleit Electric Lemonade yourself, and pair it with one of Colleen’s specialty prime steak or fresh seafood dishes. If you’re looking for lighter fare or a different type of drink, Happy Hour is Tuesday through Sunday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. featuring a $5 bar menu and $5 martini menu.
