AVALON – The Avalon Chamber of Commerce will host the annual End-of-Summer Shop Hop on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11. Enjoy a weekend in Avalon and score great end-of-season sales at a number of businesses throughout town.
More than 20 stores throughout the Avalon Shopping District will be back again this year with sales, with some stores offering discounts up to 80 percent off. There will be something for everyone in the family with discounts on men’s wear, shoes, clothing, jewelry, spa services, home décor, beach gear, bathing suits, artwork and more! In between stores, recharge by taking a break at Bobby Dee’s Rock ‘n Chair for Shop Hop cocktail and food specials throughout the day.
Among the participating stores are Annabelle, with up to 50 percent off select merchandise, Hassis Men’s Shop, with 75 percent off everything and Tiger Lily, with clothes and accessories up to 70 percent off. Discounts will be available on antiques at AJ’s Antiques, sunglasses at Shades of Avalon and beach gear at Hoy’s 5 & 10. Be sure to also check out some of the new stores in Avalon including The Spot, which is offering 50 percent off summer items and 20 percent off fall items.
There are a number of health and wellness discounts, too. Bring the spa home with you after checking out the sales from Sunstone Massage & Wellness and Spa Avalon. Sol Luna Yoga Studio will also be participating offering 10-40 percent off.
