Heading to Wildwood for the weekend to see Tim McGraw? Wondering how you’re going to pass the time until he takes the stage? We have a complete list of activities on the Five Mile Island that you can enjoy before putting on your cowboy hat and heading to the sand on Monday evening.

Biking – There are plenty of places to rent bikes in the Wildwoods, so get out and explore the area! It’s good exercise and a great option to tire the children out before heading out to party with Tim!

Lighthouse – Take a trip to the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse at Central and First Avenues in North Wildwood. Go on a tour and get a glimpse of the life of a lighthouse keeper in the late 19th and early 20th century. Or, explore the gardens planted in the Victorian cottage style, which extend right up to the ocean seawall.

Miniature Golf – There are numerous mini-golf sites in the Wildwoods that vary in features and difficulty, both on and off the Boardwalk. Try Duffer’s Mini Golf on Pacific Avenue, featuring a nautical atmosphere with an oversized sinking ship, colorful fish, a huge sand castle and an octopus.

Amusement & Water Parks – The Wildwoods Boardwalk is home to great amusement rides and water parks. Morey’s Piers & Beachfront Water Parks features two water parks (Raging Waters Water Park and Ocean Oasis Water Park + Beach Club), three amusement piers (Mariner’s Pier, Surfside Pier and Adventure Pier), dining, shopping, games and more! Additionally, Splash Zone Water Park offers a variety of water adventures for all ages, providing an unforgettable water park experience!

Fishing & Watersports – There are numerous water-related activities in the Wildwoods to keep you busy! Fishing or crabbing may be the perfect way to spend your day on the bay, and Lakeview Docks in Wildwood Crest has both a fishing and crabbing pier, and fishing and crabbing boats available to rent. Lakeview Docks also features WaveRunner, paddleboat, kayak, stand-up paddleboard and boat rentals to make for fun water adventures. Some other options in the Wildwoods are Mocean Waverunners in Wildwood, offering Jet Ski rentals at fantastic prices, Pier47 in Wildwood, with boat, jet boat and personal watercraft rentals, and South Dock Marina in North Wildwood, featuring pontoon boat, paddleboard and kayak rentals!

Farmers Market – Our Garden State provides us with lots of fresh produce, and you can find plenty of it in the Wildwoods. The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market on Schellenger and Pacific avenues is open Saturdays through Sept. 3 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., offering fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, baked goods, honey, herbs, meats, cheeses, nuts, prepared foods and drinks, specialty foods and condiments, wine and more!

Shopping – Before your concert excitement sets in, don’t forget to pick up souvenirs and gifts to remember your Wildwood days forever! 5 Mile Marketplace Gift Shop, Boardwalk’s Best Gift & Variety and Elby’s Variety Store are all located on the Wildwoods Boardwalk and are the perfect places to pick up your mementos. Also on the Wildwoods Boardwalk, Douglass Fudge & Candies offers a different kind of souvenir.
