The West Cape May Environmental Commission presents Free Pizza and Family Movie Night from 6-8 pm on Feb. 27 at West Cape May Boro Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May. The movie, Epic, is an animated adventure from the creators of Ice Age and Rio. This is a fun family movie that is rated PG. Free pizza will be offered at 6 p.m. Before the movie, local artist/teacher, Janet Payne, will lead children in creating their own ‘leafmen’ and ‘nature fairies’ from pinecones and other natural materials.

Come out and have a great time for a fantastic cause that supports the community! Drink, eat and spend the night with friends on February 28th from 7-11 p.m. to celebrate the life of a great man while raising money for Wildwood High School seniors and Wildwood Catholic High School freshman. One hundred percent of the money raised will go toward the efforts of helping the children of the community. The beef and beer will be held at the Bolero Resort in Wildwood NJ.

Richard M. Teitelman Art Students Celebrate Snow Art Show

Where: Lower Cape Library 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas

7th and 8th Grade artists from the Richard M. Teitelman School of the Lower Cape may Regional School District are celebrating this cold snowy weather by painting whimsical snowmen in art class. These acrylic snowmen paintings are various sizes and portray the each student’s knowledge of “value” – the relative degree of lightness and darkness of a particular color. Students focus was also on the degree of temperature outside these days!
