Dish of the Week: Shrimp Caponata

This week’s tasty treat comes from Tisha’s of Cape May. The Shrimp Caponata was created by owner, Paul Negro. The Shrimp Caponata has jumbo shrimp, onions, olives, anchovies, eggplant and much more over polenta. It is the perfect dish to beat those winter blues!

In the 1990’s, Paul and his wife, Jennifer, transformed the skills he learned from working in his mother’s restaurant into Tisha’s Fine Dining.
