Memorial Day is Monday, May 25th. Take some time out of your busy holiday weekend to attend a Memorial Day Service and honor the one million men and women who have given their lives in service for our country and to support those who continue to fight.

Memorial Day Parade
Begins at Memorial Field on Pacific Avenue to Boyd Street, North on Boyd Street, turning left onto Mechanic Street, then turning left on to Dias Creek Road and ending at the American Legion Hall. A ceremony at the Post will follow the parade. Participants in the parade should line up at 9:15 a.m. on Pacific Avenue. For children ages 3 through 12, there will be a bike decorating contest. Participants are encouraged to festoon their bicycles in red, white and blue. Judging will take place at Memorial Field at 9:15 a.m. sharp. Prizes will be awarded!
