Nauti Spirits – a true farm to bottle operation – is New Jersey’s largest distillery, with two massive all-copper pot stills and a column still from America’s oldest and most respected still manufacturer. We’re located on a beautiful 60-acre coastal working farm that sits between the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay, less than five minutes from (and between) downtown Cape May and the Cape May–Lewes Ferry.
Nauti is unique in New Jersey, as we use much of what we grow on our farm to produce our spirits, such as our sweet potato and corn vodka. We grow, mill, mash, ferment, distill, finish, age, bottle and serve our spirits (vodka, gin and rum – all international gold-medal winners! – and soon-to-be-released bourbon) right here, on our coastal farm.
In our tasting room, we serve up some of the most refreshing and unique cocktails anywhere to be had, incorporating herbs and flowers that we grow on site, along with locally-sourced fruits and vegetables. Tours, tastings, spectacular cocktails, live local music, special events, indoor and outdoor games, and frequent food on the farm (next to the licensed premises) make Nauti Spirits the ultimate farm-to-bottle destination.
