What better way to kick off the weekend than on the water with the Danny Eyer Band? Performing at the Wharf in Wildwood from 3 to 7 p.m., the Danny Eyer Band brings rock, blues, old school and R&B tunes to this hideaway on the water. Great food, great views and exciting live music sounds like the perfect Friday evening to us!

Performing Friday night at Flip Flopz in North Wildwood from 6 to 10 p.m. is Coast to Coast! This band provides fans with not only great music and a full light show during breaks, but also one of the most engaging times for everyone involved. They get people up, dancing, jumping and singing along! They play any type of music, and are second to none when it comes to reduplicating the sounds of the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s and now.

Saturday, Aug. 25

Catch local favorite The Bastard Sons of Captain Mey at Harry’s Ocean Bar & Grille in Cape May this Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.! This group of local musicians began swapping sounds and instruments at a BBQ in 2015. Eventually, the boys decided to adopt the name of the town in which they honed their sound – Cape May. Since then, the band continues to perform both original and cover music in various indoor and outdoor settings.

The Philadelphia-based band Bogside Rogues brings a striking live sound to Anglesea Pub in North Wildwood on Saturday at 9 p.m. Bob Hurst, Tim Murphy, Fran O’Connor and Bob Finegan have brought their Celtic music backgrounds together to create an upbeat sound while maintaining their traditional Irish roots.

Sunday, Aug. 26

On Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m., you can join in on the fun at Tollman Joe’s Bayside in Shawcrest! Instead of watching the live entertainment, Tollman Joe’s lets you BE the entertainment during the Mummers Unplugged Jam Band. Bring your instrument and your singing voice, and get ready for a fun time among the salt-air breeze and waterfront views.

Monday, Aug. 27

Crowds at Kellys Café in Wildwood will be singing along with Johnny’s Cousin Steve on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Heavily influenced by the classic rock of the ‘60s and ‘70s, this one-man act plays classics from Neil Diamond to newer rock from Sublime, and everything in between. Johnny’s Cousin Steve produces a low-key yet high-energy ambiance, and encourages you to bring your requests to his already incredible playlist!

Tuesday, Aug. 28

Ann Oswald and her guitar put on a memorable performance Tuesday evening at Tuckahoe Inn in Beesley’s Point from 5 to 9 p.m. Experience a wide variety of styles and genres, including blues, rock, pop, country, R&B, dance and more. Get wild this Wednesday at Cabanas Beach Bar & Grill in Cape May! At 10 p.m., DJ Aiden Scott hosts Wild Wednesdays with $2.50 Miller Lite drafts, $4 Fireball shots, $5 Jameson and $5 Tito’s lemonade. Aiden’s love of all genres of music has allowed him to develop an open-format, “party rock” style of DJing.  He seamlessly mixes rock with hip hop and house, reggae with funk, and so on. He can please any crowd on the turntables, which is why he has become a tastemaker in the Philadelphia nightlife scene.
