Lend us your ear for Heritage Music Weekend at Historic Cold Spring Village, August 12th, and 13th from 11am-4pm. Join us as we pay homage to the sounds that bring us all together.
The Ministers of Apollo will be with us both days in the Welcome Center, playing popular music from the late 18th century. Karate Garage will knock your socks off with their uplifting 80’s and 90’s montage-esque motivational music.
We’ll be listening to Irish music on Saturday from artists Tom Brett, and Maura McKinney – Mastro on Sunday.
Saturday, August 12th, the ever-accomplished Elina Karokhina returns with a fantastic balalaika trio. Sit back and enjoy the Bluegrass sounds from the Millcreek Pickers
Sunday, August 13th kicks off with Mary Roth’s Appalachian music stylings. And new this season we will be welcoming Indie Folk Rock duo Jackson Pines!
The Village buildings will be open featuring historically clothed interpreters who will demonstrate Early America’s trades, crafts, and lifestyles.
