Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery will host an unforgettable farm-to-table culinary adventure and wine pairing inspired by the bounty of its vineyard on Saturday, October 15 at 4 p.m. Winemaker Todd Wuerker has engaged the help of his friend, Chef Joshua Day, to craft a family-style dining experience that is not to be missed!
Start your journey under the star-shade tent where you will mingle with the winemaking team as you enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres featuring local cheese & charcuterie alongside handcrafted accoutrements. Next, make your way to the table winding along the vineyard, where Chef Josh will present an elegant four-course dinner featuring duo entrees, each course paired with a Hawk Haven wine selected by our winemaker. The dessert, crafted with love by Hawk Haven’s resident baker Sue Marleton, will be served under the star-shade tent with a coffee and tea bar and a rare tasting of Wuerker’s prized 2008 White Port.

Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery is a local artisan winery established in 2007 by husband wife team Todd and Kenna Wuerker. The winery is located at 600 S. Railroad Ave., Rio Grande, and is open daily, year-round for tastings and tours.
