The lost tanker “British Freedom” was found after decades of wreck searching. The U-1232 reached Halifax harbor in December 1944. As the column of ships lined up to enter, one of the last battles of World War II on the North American coast was about to ensue… Hear the tale of this epic attack and escape by the German submarine and the discovery in 1996 by Atlantic Divers. $5 for members, $10 for non-members

Wildwood Crest Arts Council displays entries for its first annual Art Competition. This is the first event in the new Creative Arts Pavilion.

OC-Con Comic Book and Memorabilia Festival

OC-Con features meet-the-artist sessions, discussion panels, costume contests, and the display and sale of comic books and memorabilia. Show hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 25, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 26. Some of the artists who will participate include Bob Petrecca, Luke Petrecca, Tony DiGerolamo, Christian Espiritusanto, Galica Graphics (Garland Holloman), Jude Martys, Niko Lopez and Momo. 

Uncovering the Hidden History of the Diving Horses
