Hop on down to the Jersey Shore and celebrate Easter with us! From breakfast with the Easter Bunny to Easter egg hunts on the beach, the shore offers many ways for you and your family to have an “eggcellent” Easter!

Sea Isle City’s Annual Easter Program
Wednesday, April 10 at 5 p.m.

Sea Isle City’s Division of Recreation will host the resort’s annual Easter program for children (up to age 11). During the Easter program, kids will enjoy egg hunts, face painters and visits with the Easter Bunny. Please bring your own baskets and cameras. In the event of bad weather, the Easter Program will take place inside the former public school building at 4501 Park Road.

Lower Township Park & Recreation’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Local youngsters are invited to hunt for Easter eggs on the grounds of Freeman Douglass Memorial Park. The event is recommended for toddlers to fourth graders. Children are divided into age groups to hunt for eggs in their own area. Eggs are filled with goodies and golden tickets that can be redeemed for special prizes. Bring your own baskets or receive a bag to keep all the treasures in. Come enjoy inflatables a half hour before and after the Easter egg hunt, along with music. Mayor William Pikolycky is pleased to announce that the Woodbine Recreation Commission is holding an Easter Egg Hunt/Holiday Event for children toddlers through third grade on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the Woodbine Community Center, 812 Longfellow Street, Woodbine, NJ. The egg hunt will be followed by a viewing of the PG-rated movie “Peter Rabbit.” Children must be signed in for the event by an adult.

Freeholder Marie Hayes invites the public to come to the Cape May County Park and Zoo for our EggstravaganZoo. This free event will feature the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to have their picture taken with the popular rabbit – so bring your camera. The annual event sponsored by the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders includes educational displays, scavenger hunt, crafts and live animal encounters. The annual Easter Egg Hunt for township children ages ten and younger will be held at the recreation complex on Wednesday, April 17TH at 5:30PM (rain date 4/18).  Each child will receive a chocolate rabbit and have the opportunity to hunt for prize eggs hidden throughout the grounds of the complex.  Children will be divided into the following age groups: 3 and younger; 4 to 6 and 7 to 10 years of age.   Please arrive inside the rec building between 5:00 PM and 5:15PM. All participants should bring a basket or bag to collect eggs.   *Please note that the entire rec complex will be closed from 2:00 to 5:00PM the day of the hunt for setup.
