This week, we hit Casey’s on Third of North Wildwood for a taste testing session of some of the bar’s most promising signature cocktails. Along the way, we stumbled upon what we just had to crown drink of the week. The Ruby Red Lemonade is an original creation by Dia, a Casey’s staff member and bartender for six years now. Dia describes this tangy, sweet concoction as a refreshing cocktail best enjoyed on lazy summer nights. The Ruby Red Lemonade is made with a grapefruit vodka base, lemonade, and a splash of club soda. It is finished with a lemon wedge, lime wedge, and cherry.
