This week’s seasonal cocktail selection is brought to you by the historic Tuckahoe Inn. Tuckahoe, literally meaning “where the deer are shy and hard to approach”, was the name of the Lenni-Lenape Indian nation native to the land where the Tuckahoe Inn now stands. We took a seat at the Inn’s indoor bar in the spot where these native South Jersey people once roamed to enjoy breathtaking bayside views and our crowned drink of the week, the Pumpkin Martini.
What makes it so autumnally awesome? The perfect dessert drink choice, it is made with two parts Stoli Vanilla vodka, one part pumpkin liqueur, and one part Rumchata. The Pumpkin Martini has already become a major hit with Inn patrons looking for a sweet, cinammon kick to take the edge off. Sip on your very own Electric Lemonade while enjoying the tunes of live entertainment Monday through Saturday. Prefer to grab dinner AND drinks? The Tuckahoe Inn is now featuring a number of weeknight dinner specials, including Wine & Tapas Tuesdays, Burger Night Thursdays, and even Game Day specials each and every Sunday. This friendly staff invites you to “come join the good times”!
