Midnight at the Physick Estate with Craig McManus
Friday, October 24th at 11 p.m.
Where: Emlen Physick Estate – 1048 Washington St, Cape May

Don’t miss the rare opportunity to spend midnight in the Physick Estate with Cape May’s most famous ghost hunter. Author, psychic medium and ghost investigator Craig McManus will host Midnight at the Physick Estate, in which 25 lucky people will hear Craig share his stories, experiences and perhaps channel a spirit or two. Olde Tyme Harvest Festival

Where: Mechanic St, Cape May Court House

Our 17th annual “Olde Tyme Harvest Festival” is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2014, with the rain date being Sunday October 26, 2014, to be held on Mechanic St. in Cape May Court House. This will be a day-long celebration of the old and new in Middle Township, featuring live music, games, rides, food and much more!

Boardwalk Pumpkin Run
Saturday, October 25th at 10 a.m.
Where: Beginning at the Wildwoods Convention Center – 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood

The Wildwoods Boardwalk Pumpkin Run is a fun and exciting family event for all ages. The festive boardwalk event begins at 10 a.m. Oct. 25 at the Wildwoods Convention Center, rain or shine, and offers a 5K run along with a one-mile family walk. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. inside the Wildwoods Convention Center.

Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and vie for prizes in the best dressed categories of Family, Youth, Infant and Best All-Around. All proceeds benefit Wildwoods’ Elementary Schools located on the Island. Registration is $25 for adults and $10 for 18 and under. All participants will receive a Pumpkin Run T-shirt. Ghost Investigation
Saturday, October 25th from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Where: Historic Cold Spring Village – 720 Shore Road, Cape May

Interested in ghost hunting? Like learning about the supernatural? Join teams of paranormal investigators for two nights of hands-on ghost hunting in Historic Cold Spring Village. The Truth Paranormal research team will lead guests through tests using digital photography and sound recording equipment to try and capture evidence of the supernatural.

The investigation will begin in the Welcome Center with an introduction to ghost-hunting etiquette and equipment, and an overview of the history of paranormal activity at the Village. Guests will then be escorted in groups to each of five buildings where researchers will allow guests to assist with the investigations. After the investigation, guests will return to the Welcome Center to discuss their findings over dessert. Tickets to each investigation are $40 each and must be purchased in advance. Paranormal Tour at the Wildwoods Shore
Saturday, October 25th from 7 to 9 p.m.
Where: George F. Boyer Museum – 3907 Pacific Ave, Wildwood

The Paranormal Tour at the Wildwoods Shore will be held at the George F. Boyer Museum on Pacific Avenue in Wildwood Oct. 25. An interactive paranormal tour at the former site of a funeral parlor, the event is presented by Teen Paranormal Society. Smart phones and ear plugs are necessary to participate. Pumpkin Hayride
Saturday, October 25th from noon to 1 p.m.
Where: Lower Cape Library – 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas

Adults and children alike are welcome to celebrate the best parts of autumn with us as we take a hay ride through a local pumpkin patch. We will meet at the Lower Library for a short presentation on pumpkins and other fall squash, then drive the short distance to Les Rae’s Farm at the beanery for a hay ride, after which patrons will be able to choose a pumpkin in the field to take home. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and all patrons must register beforehand.

Island Pumpkin Fest
Sunday, October 26th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Fox Park & the beach, Wildwood Crest

Craft and food vendors, a bounce house, a costume contest and entertainment will be in Fox Park. A Hay ride will start on the beach at Andrews Avenue and go to the Great Pumpkin Patch on the beach behind the Wildwoods Convention Center. Featured live entertainment will be Country Rock artist Dave Hangley and DJ entertainment by “DJ Eddy B” of “Good Times Music” and “DJ Master J” of “Master DJ and Sound LLC.” For more information call 609-374-6213.
