Drink of the Week: Miss Lucy

DrinkWeek

August 3 is National Watermelon Day and we plan on celebrating accordingly! This week’s drink of the week is the Miss Lucy from North End American Grill, a pretty pink watermelon margarita that gives us a new twist on the classic summertime treat.

When you think of watermelon, picnic baskets and backyard barbeques probably come to mind. But there are so many other ways to celebrate National Watermelon Day and we think we’ve found a great, refreshing alternative! The Miss Lucy is made with silver tequila, fresh muddled watermelon, fresh mint, simple syrup, and lime juice. The featured drink is the perfect blend of tequila and the juicy summertime fruit, so plan to stop by North End American Grill on August 3 to try it for yourself!
