Bartender of the Week: Pat at Mulligans Shore Bar & Grill

This week’s featured bartender has been in the restaurant business since he was 14 and worked his way up from a dishwasher to a bartender. Meet Pat Krisciunas, the familiar face behind the bar at Mulligans Shore Bar & Grill in Wildwood!

The Northeast Philly native loved spending summers at the shore growing up, so in 1992, he decided to move to Cape May Court House and live here year-round. Pat started in the restaurant business as a dishwasher when he was 14, then decided on bartending once he moved to the area. Pat has been at Mulligans for the past five years and says he loves his job because it’s a great neighborhood bar with the best clientele and top-notch employees.

Pat doesn’t have much free time during the summer, but he considers himself an outdoorsman and enjoys hunting in the winters. He also has a sociology degree from Millersville University but stayed in the restaurant business because it was what he enjoyed most. Today, Pat considers himself a sociologist, a psychologist, and (most importantly) a mixologist! If you’re looking for a drink recommendation, he recommends a bottle of Miller Lite because the beer is “classic, fast, and easy to serve” or the “Mullitini,” a family secret recipe you’re sure to enjoy.

Mulligans is open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner, and late-night. Enjoy $5.95 lunch specials Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and specials throughout the week, including Prime Rib Nights on Saturdays and Burger and Quesadilla Specials on Sundays. Plus, join in on the fun every Thursday night with Name That Tune at 9 p.m. Next time you’re in Wildwood,  stop by the bar at Mulligans to say hi to Pat and grab a cold Miller Lite!
