In the spirit of the fall season our latest drink of the week is none other than “The Ginger Snap”, the brainchild of 5 West Pub bartender Tim Citrino. Tim describes it as merely one of the several “absolutely delicious” cocktails featured on 5 West’s new seasonal drink menu. He mixes Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Canton Ginger Liqueur, Buttershots, a splash of half and half, and a sprinkle of Saigon cinnamon and shakes in order to craft this drink of the week. The Ginger Snap is then topped off with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a few more sprinkles of cinnamon to complete its warm, sweet goodness.
