This week, we found our featured cocktail at one of the best waterfront dining spots in Wildwood, Beach Creek Oyster Bar & Grille! Relax under a palm tree, enjoy the sunset views, and sip on this week’s drink of the week, the Enchanted Island Punch!
Bartender Logan made us the Enchanted Island Punch out on the deck, which has a perfect waterfront view overlooking the Schooner Island Marina. Logan added coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice to the cocktail shaker, then poured the mixture into a hurricane glass over ice. She added a splash of cranberry juice on top, then garnished with a cherry and an orange slice on the rim. Watch the sunset while you sip on your cocktail and you’ll surely be transported to paradise!
