Wildwood Beach Baseball Tournament
Saturday, Aug. 19 and Sunday, Aug. 20 at 9 a.m.
Beach at Rio Grande Avenue, Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood
All games will be held on the beach at Rio Grande Avenue from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Winners of each division will play in a championship game Sunday, Aug. 20. According to organizers, multiple playing fields created on the beach will offer ample space for players and for baseball lovers to sit and watch the games and enjoy panoramic views of the Boardwalk and ocean. Team participants ranging in age from 9 to 12 and their families will not only enjoy playing on a diamond made of sand, but will also enjoy Wildwood’s world-class hotels, restaurants and local entertainment venues.
