Greater Wildwood Jaycees Christmas Parade

Watch a festive line-up of floats, fire trucks and other creatively decorated vehicles parade down the streets of the Wildwoods accompanied by Santa himself! Registration begins at 5 p.m. at the North Wildwood Recreation Center (10th & Central Aves.); line-up begins at 5:30 p.m.; parade steps off at 6 p.m. at 16th & Central Aves., then continues South on Pacific Ave. through Wildwood to Heather Rd. in Wildwood Crest, then ends at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Parade awards will be presented in the Wildwoods Convention Center at 7:30 p.m., following the tree lighting. Trophies will be awarded in these categories: Commercial, Community Service, Marching Bands, and Public Service. Breakfast with Santa

From 8 a.m. to noon, enjoy breakfast with Santa including pancakes, eggs, sausage, home fries, donuts, Danish, juice and coffee. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children. Bring an unwrapped toy and your child eats for free! All proceeds to support toys for children.

‘Pinch the Grinch’ Boardwalk 5K Run

Wildwoods Convention Center, 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood
This holiday boardwalk 5K run and 1 mile walk is fun for all ages! Event starts at 10 a.m., rain or shine. Registration begins at 9 a.m. inside the Wildwoods Convention Center. Participants are encouraged to dress in festive holiday outfits. The race route will run south on the Wildwoods Boardwalk to Cresse Ave., then turn around and head north to 21st St. Another turn will lead runners back to the Convention Center where refreshments will be served and prizes awarded. Runners and walkers along with their cheering sections can then enjoy the Holiday Bazaar held inside the Convention Center. Santa’s Family Workshop

Families are invited to join the elves and staff at the Cape May County Park & Zoo for their annual “Santa’s Family Workshop” on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a free event and kids of all ages are encouraged to visit the Park & Zoo and participate in the holiday activities, crafts and games, including a search for all nine of Santa’s reindeer hiding in the Zoo. Historic Cold Spring Village’s Free Homespun Holidays Weekend

Historic Cold Spring Village, 720 Rt. 9, Cape May
Guests are invited to stroll the festively decorated Village grounds and visit select historic buildings where they can enjoy children’s crafts, musical entertainment, refreshments, holiday shopping and a free performance of the Cape Island Theater Company’s “The Christmas Truce.” Visitors can also enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride for a small donation. The Country Store will be open and stocked with unique holiday gifts including traditionally-processed wool, artisan crafts for the home, books, jewelry, toys and old fashioned candy. Lower Township’s Christmas Parade
Saturday, December 12 at 7 p.m.
Parade begins at 7 p.m. at Breakwater and Bayshore Rd. and travels south on Bayshore Rd., ending in North Cape May at Rosehill Ave.
