Local non-profit organization Deeply Rooted Learning Center will host its 3rd year of Summer Day Camp on Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14, 2023 from 9 am-12 pm. Cost is $160/week with a 10% discount for each additional child.
This year Dino Week takes center stage. Featuring STEM activities, arts & crafts, and games that encourage hands-on learning in a mixed-age setting with a nature focus.
Deeply Rooted Learning Center offers free or low cost classes, clubs, social opportunities, field trips, and more to area children and their families year round. The non-profits’s mission is to provide a social and enriching community to support families and create a new generation of thinkers and doers.
Serving many Coast Guard, transient, and non-traditional schooling families, the organization relies on donations and grants to cover expenses and keep costs low.
