Cape May National Wildlife Refuge Hosts Plein Air Watercolor Workshop with Janet McShain

When: The 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month from July through September, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

WILDWOOD CREST – The Cape May National Wildlife Refuge is pleased to present a painting program, Plein Air Watercolor Workshop with Janet McShain! The event will run on the first and third Thursdays of each month until September, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
An award-winning artist, poet and local treasure, Janet McShain has been painting in Cape May County for over 15 years. She has a teaching certificate from Moore College of Art and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. Janet prefers painting “plein air” meaning outdoors where one can feel the environment. She will guide adults, beginners through advanced, at her stand-alone workshops through September. You may bring your own art supplies or borrow ours. A $5.00 donation would be appreciated.
