Take a ferry ride to the winter carnival at the Lewes Ferry Terminal with ice skating, amusement rides, crafts and activities at Santa’s Workshop.The Ferry offers shuttles to the Spectacular Light Show in Cape Henlopen State Park! The Christmas Village returns to the Lewes Terminal this holiday season from Nov. 17 to Dec. 31 and it’s bigger and brighter! Packed with indoor and outdoor fun for the whole family, the Christmas Village includes the Visit Delaware Ice Rink, five amusement rides, Santa’s Workshop, games, pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, nightly entertainment and new this year, the Lodge, a heated tent serving bites and beverages. No parking or entrance fees!
The festival runs Friday through Sunday, Nov. 17 through Dec. 31 from 5 to 9 p.m. (10 p.m. on Saturdays), with additional dates the week after Christmas.
