Bartender of the Week: Fins Bar and Grille

Although Fins Bar and Grille may be newly opened, this restaurant is quickly gaining rave reviews. One reason that may be is because of bartender aficionado, John, who was an easy pick for this week’s title. John’s smiling face and positivity makes any patron of the restaurant feel welcome. This Cape May local, has worked for Fin since its opening and has been a bartender for 10 years – many guests may recognize him from The Rusty Nail. When asked for a food and drink selection, John suggested the Fins Crab Dip or the Pan Seared Crab Meat paired with a Decatur Crush; freshly squeezed Valencia oranges, mandarin vodka and triple sec.

John states that his favorite part of being a bartender is making people laugh and keeping a fun bar environment. When he’s not working, John enjoys traveling and promoting his entrepreneurial endeavors.
