The fall season just got a bit spicier! The Avalon Lions Charities Foundation, Inc., is pleased to announce that our annual “Pasta Night” fundraiser will be held again this year on Sunday, Oct. 18 at the Windrift Hotel Restaurant, located at 80th and the Beach in Avalon. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Let us treat you to a real taste of Italy. We’ll cook you a great spaghetti and meatball dinner and even throw in Italian desserts and ice cream courtesy of the Sundae Best Ice Cream Parlor in Avalon! Last year’s event was a sellout and featured maître d’ service accompanied by organ and violin soloists and exciting auctions, offering some really great prizes.
Advance ticket prices are $15 per adult and $8 per child ages 12 and under, and can be purchased at the following Avalon locations: the Pudgie Pelican Cafe located at 3528 Dune Drive and Brian’s Waffle House located at 2408 Dune Drive, or from any Avalon Lion.
