Just one example of what people are saying about East Lynne Theater Company’s events: “We were thrilled to catch “Vaudeville Variety” and “Tales in the Backyard.” Thank you all at ELTC for putting smiles on our faces!” from Julie from Freehold, NJ.
“Vaudeville Variety” includes skits like “The Greatest Knife Thrower,” songs including “Some of these Days,” and actual household hints like “kerosene cleans anything.” Performers are Will and Holly Knapp, Susan Tischler, and Amanda Brinlee, and the show was created and directed by Gayle Stahlhuth, assisted by James Rana.
“Vaudeville Variety” is performed outside at West Cape May Borough Hall’s “Back Yard,” 732 Broadway on these Saturdays at 7:00: July 24, and 31, August 21 and 28. Tickets: $25; $20 for students and military, and ages 12 and under are free. Visit https://www.eastlynnetheater.org/vaudeville-variety.html.
Thursdays at 4:00 through August 26 is “Tales in the Backyard,” with different stories every week read by ELTC actors, for only $5 at-the-door. Reservations required, and the location is revealed when making one by calling 609-884-5898 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications are available for ELTC’s Student Summer Workshop for ages 12 – 15, at https://www.eastlynnetheater.org/student-summer-workshop.html.
