3. Mid-Winter Antiques Show

This show attracts over 40 quality dealers and hundreds of visitors from the Mid-Atlantic region. Located in the Event Center at WheatonArts, attendees explore a wide selection of antique furniture, books, ceramics, glass, jewelry, linens, memorabilia, paper, toys, pottery, primitives and vintage accessories. Show hours are: Feb. 4 – WheatonArts Members Preview at 9:30 a.m., General Public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Feb. 5 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 per person. 4. Ocean City Boy Scout Troop 32 Super Chili Bowl Fundraiser

The event features a friendly competition among chili chefs and opportunities for guests to taste and vote, with prizes for the top three chilis! Join us for this fun-filled event on Super Bowl weekend. The event is free for chef participants and $5 per person at the door for guests to taste and vote on the best chili. 5. Astronomy on the Beach

Did you know that you could fit almost 50 moons inside the Earth, or scientists now believe it rains diamonds on Saturn? Come join us for activities that bring the universe a little closer to us. Learn about the phases of the moon, the planets that make up our solar system, and partake in some serious stargazing while learning a few stories behind your favorite constellations. Meet at the pavilion at the very end of the promenade on Beach Avenue in Cape May. We will be walking out to ‘The Cove’ for the best star viewing. Cost is $5 per person; children under 3 are free.
