Congress Hall transforms into a magical Winter Wonderland this holiday season. Now in its sixth year, Winter Wonderland continues with all of the traditional events and new exciting additions. Sip on a cozy cup of hot cocoa by our pool bar and enjoy seasonal treats as you make your way over to Santa’s workshop. In the workshop, elves are working hard preparing Christmas gifts, with crafts and activities for kids to complete and help in preparation for the big day. 3. Historic Cold Spring Village’s Free Homespun Holidays Weekend
Saturday, December 19 at 12 p.m.
Historic Cold Spring Village, 720 Rt. 9, Cape May
Guests are invited to stroll the festively decorated Village grounds and visit select historic buildings where they can enjoy children’s crafts, musical entertainment, refreshments, holiday shopping and a free performance of the Cape Island Theater Company’s “The Christmas Truce.” Visitors can also enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride for a small donation. The Country Store will be open and stocked with unique holiday gifts including traditionally-processed wool, artisan crafts for the home, books, jewelry, toys and old fashioned candy. 4. The Sounds of Christmas

Ocean City Free Public Library, 17th and Simpson Ave., Ocean City
The Ocean City Free Public Library presents “The Sounds Of Christmas” featuring Ocean City Pops musicians Pamela Whitman on flute, Mark O’Kain on Xylophone and Jeffrey Uhlig on piano. Their music will capture the Spirit of the Season ranging from intimate to meditative to joyful and playful. Concert is in the Chris Maloney Lecture Hall; admission is free.

5. Ferry Merry Christmas Party
Sunday, December 20 at 12 p.m.
Cape May Lewes Ferry, 1200 Lincoln Blvd., Cape May
Lower Township Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual “Ferry Merry Christmas” party from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 20 at the Cape May Lewes Ferry terminal in North Cape May. The party includes winter carnival games, art and crafts, balloon art and a chance for children to meet Santa Claus and present their requests for presents.
