Local youngsters are invited to hunt for Easter eggs on the grounds of Freeman Douglass Memorial Park. The event is recommended for toddlers to fourth graders. Children are divided into age groups to hunt for eggs in their own area. Eggs are filled with goodies and golden tickets that can be redeemed for special prizes. Bring your own baskets or receive a bag to keep all the treasures in. Come enjoy inflatables a half hour before and after the Easter egg hunt, along with music. This free event will feature the Easter Bunny from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to have their pictures taken with the popular rabbit, so bring your camera.
