2017 Santa Sightings

It’s that time of year again when children start getting excited to see Santa. The Herald has your guide to finding him all over Cape May County this holiday season so you and your little ones won’t miss out!

Congress Hall – Breakfast with Santa & Dinner with the Claus’
On Saturdays and Sundays, Nov. 24 through Dec. 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Santa will come to Congress Hall’s Grand Ballroom at 200 Congress Pl., Cape May. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, tell Santa all of your Christmas wishes and snap a photo for the mantle. Tickets are $18.95 for adults and $9.95 for kids ages 4-12. On Saturdays, Dec. 9 and 16 at 6:30 p.m., share a delicious three-course dinner with the Claus’ and Blue the Pig in Congress Hall’s Grand Ballroom. Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities – Santa’s Trolley Rides & Breakfast with Santa
Mr. and Mrs. Claus have made their way to Cape May from the North Pole! Saturdays and Sundays from Nov. 25-Dec. 17, children can enjoy trolley rides from the Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., with Mrs. Claus, then meet Santa afterward for a sweet in the Carriage House. Cost is $10 for adults and $8 for children ages 3-12. Hours vary. Advance reservations strongly recommended. Santa will also be visiting the Inn of Cape May, 7 Ocean St., on Saturdays, Nov. 25, Dec. 2 and Dec. 9 and Sundays, Dec. 3 and 10 at 10 a.m. for a family-friendly breakfast buffet. Harbor View Restaurant – Breakfast with Santa
On Saturday, Dec. 2, visit Harbor View Restaurant, 954 Ocean Dr., Cape May, for a delicious breakfast and visit with Santa! Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and Santa arrives at 9 a.m. Children can visit with Santa until 11:30 a.m. Bring your camera! Reservations strongly recommended. Shamrock Beef & Ale – Breakfast with Santa
Enjoy breakfast with Santa every Sunday in December from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shamrock Beef & Ale, Pacific & Lincoln avenues, Wildwood. For just $2.99 for kids and $4.99 for adults, you can indulge in a breakfast buffet featuring pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, juice and coffee. Children can do arts and crafts with Santa’s helpers, then sit on Santa’s lap to tell him all of their Christmas wishes. Bring your own camera to snap a photo with Santa! The Reeds at Shelter Haven – Santa’s Workshop & Holiday Brunch
Enjoy a festive holiday brunch and bring your children to see Santa at the “North Pole” on Sundays, Dec. 3 and 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Reeds at Shelter Haven, 9601 3rd Ave., Stone Harbor. Children are invited to Santa’s Workshop to become one of his special helpers. New this year is “Elf Myself Mini,” a fun, interactive elf training course led by Santa’s lead elves. Cape May County Park & Zoo – Santa’s Family Workshop
The zoo’s giraffes snuck Rudolph and his crew in the back gates! On Saturday, Dec. 9 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., visit the Cape May County Park & Zoo, 707 Rt. 9 N., Cape May Court House, and get your photo taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus in the Reptile House. Wildwoods Family Holiday Celebration – Photos with Santa
On Saturday, Dec. 9 during the Wildwoods Family Holiday Celebration, bring the family inside the Wildwoods Convention Center lobby, 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood, at 11:30 a.m. as Santa arrives and makes his grand entrance! The Farmor Cottage – Visits with Santa
Santa will be on hand to welcome the youngest visitors to the newly-renovated Farmor Cottage at the Museum of Cape May County on Saturday, Dec. 9 as part of the Christmas open house. At this special children’s place, young ones can whisper their Christmas wishes to the jolly old elf himself. The Museum’s favorite “farmor” will read a holiday story and help them create a special Christmas keepsake to take home. Advantage Rental & Sales – Photos with Santa
On Sunday, Dec. 10 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., stop by Advantage Rental & Sales, 100 Rt. 50, Seaville, for photos with the jolly man in the red suit! Santa will be located in the Lawn & Garden Department. Advantage Rental will offer free 4×6 photos with Santa, and additional photo packages can be ordered and purchased from the photographer. Cape May-Lewes Ferry – Breakfast with Santa
Before loading his sleigh and starting his fast jaunt around the world, Santa has graciously agreed to stop at the Cape May Ferry Terminal, 1200 Lincoln Blvd., North Cape May, for a special breakfast with some of his favorite Cape May County children! Stop by for a buffet breakfast, “meet and greet” with Santa and Christmas Storytime on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. Cost is $21 for adults, $14 for children ages 3-12 and free for children under 2. Rick’s Breakfast House – Breakfast or Lunch with Santa
Head to Rick’s Breakfast House, 6112 Landis Ave., Sea Isle City (Acme Shopping Center), on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a meal with Santa himself! Wildwood Golf & Country Club – Breakfast with Santa
Santa invites girls and boys of all ages to join him for breakfast on Sunday, Dec. 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Wildwood Golf and Country Club, 1170 Golf Club Rd., Cape May Court House. Mrs. Claus and the elves will provide a special buffet, and then Santa will arrive at 10 a.m. Reservations required.
