Nino’s Family Restaurant is Back in The Wildwoods

After almost three years, Nino’s Family Restaurant is back in The Wildwoods! On Tuesday, August 28, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held in honor of Nino’s new location at Magnolia Avenue. Included in the festivities was a reception featuring a sampling of Nino’s dishes like Caesar salad, Eggplant Parmesan and an assortment of desserts and celebratory champagne.

In 2012 Nino’s original North Wildwood location, located on Walnut Avenue, was destroyed during Super Storm Sandy leaving only their location in Cape May Court House and losing much of the regular summer clientele that vacationed on the Island.

“When Super Storm Sandy hit we lost a lot of Wildwood people that wouldn’t come to Court House. We hope to bring a lot of the people that would come to the North Wildwood location to come here,” said Frances MaLusa, owner of Nino’s.

The new Wildwood restaurant will serve much of the food that’s featured at their Court House location as well as new dishes, catering to the Wildwood clientele such as Seafood Parmigiana, Gnocchi Tuscana and Nino’s Crab Dip.

Nino’s Wildwood location will be open throughout the remainder of summer, seven days a week from 3 p.m. Stop in early from 3 to 5 p.m. to enjoy special Early Bird Savings, only available as eat-in. Choose from a great menu of items with all of your favorites like Broiled Crab cakes and Penne with Meat sauce. Beat the chaotic meter parking and park for free in Nino’s parking lot, located conveniently on Magnolia Avenue and the boardwalk.

MaLusa would like to give a special thank you to Senator Jeff Van Drew for all of the help he has given Nino’s in getting the new Wildwood location started. “It took us almost three years but since January we’ve been going into settlement with different stages and different departments so it took this long,” explained MaLusa, “Senator Van Drew was great and made a lot of phone calls for us.”

If you would like to see the new restaurant for yourself and experience the quality that Nino’s has produced for 22 years, stop by their Wildwood location at 423 E. Magnolia Avenue and the boardwalk or their Court House location at 16 S. Main Street. Both locations are open from 3 p.m. for dinner.
