Contestants are asked to greet the fall season, always a lovely time of year, by falling dramatically (and in slow motion) to the sand. Those performing the most dramatic renditions will be crowned the King and Queen of Plop. Registrations begins 10:30 a.m. at the 9th St. Beach. Entry is free and prizes will be awarded.
