Monday nights at Congress Hall is the place to be! The Grand Lawn transforms into a carnival festival with booths, carnival hosts, games for all ages, face painting, balloon twisting, food, treats, and more! Snack on some kettle corn popcorn while playing skee ball. Chow down on yummy hot dogs while taking part in a pig race. You can even take a train ride on our Congress Hall Express. The whole family is invited to take part! Carnival begins at 5:30pm every Monday through August 31st
