Cape May Kiwanis Memorial Service

The Cove on Beach Avenue, West End (Bring a Chair)
The Kiwanis Club of Cape May in conjunction with the City of Cape May honors the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon attack, and those lost aboard Flight 93.
The “Patriot Day” commemoration ceremony held at Beach Avenue at the Cove is a solemn and moving ceremony with speakers from local organizations along with community leaders who remind us of the sacrifice of Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Technicians who valiantly struggled that day to save lives. There is a moment of silence as the flag is lowered. An event not to miss!

Cape May County 9-11 Memorial Ceremony

The annual ceremony remembers those who lost their lives in horrific acts of terrorism. The event is put on by the Cape May County Board of County Commissioners.

Lower Township 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony

Lower Township Town Hall
Lower Township will honor those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on 9-11, the remembrance ceremony is this Sunday, September 11th at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will be held in front of Town hall, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas. The mayor asks that the public come out and honor these heroes who lost their lives.

Wildwood September 11 Remembrance Ceremony

The ceremony will include 9/11 First Responders, representatives from the City of Wildwood Fire and Police Departments, as well as local religious and civic leaders. In addition to the speakers, the City of Wildwood Fire Department will present “Ringing of the Bell” and “Presenting of the Colors” by the City of Wildwood Honor Guard. Everyone is encouraged to attend and remember so that tragic day is never forgotten.
