THE WILDWOODS — The National Judges Association Tournament of Bands Indoor Championships will be held at the Wildwoods Convention Center May 1 through May 4.

The Tournament of Bands will feature performers ranging from middle school through college level encompassing marching bands, indoor guard, majorette, percussion and dance teams – as well as jazz bands. Units from seven states will compete in the four-day competition. States represented include Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana and West Virginia.

A variety of unique styles are incorporated into each performance, which get more creative every year. All classes will be judged on: Quality of Sound, Balance/Blend, Interpretation, Musicality, Rhythm, Solos/Improvisation and Repertoire.
